Celebrate Earth Day by joining the Guardians of the West Fork and Harrison Recreational Trails for a trash clean up. Meet at 10:00 AM at Clarksburg Veterans Park rail-trail parking area on the baseball complex/boat ramp side (39.268978, -80.360043) to receive supplies, directions, and safety tips. Volunteers will then be dispersed to locations along the rail trail. We will provide gloves, trash bags, and water. Weather forecast is calling for rain, so bring your raincoat!

There are volunteer positions available to help with the Float the Fork festival on both Friday or Saturday June 2 and 3. We need people to help direct traffic and unload boats at Good Hope, as well as help people off the water at West Milford. Email admin@guardiansofthewestfork.org if you’re wanting to get involved.
John Ciesla, president of the Guardians of the West Fork, passed away April 6. We were inspired by his passion and love for the West Fork. The work he did will continue to live on each time we paddle or spend time along the river. May he rest in peace.
